I have been lucky enough to be around dogs all my life, having grown up at a large boarding kennels and cattery. Our family have
owned many different breeds of dog so it was only natural that I should become involved in working dogs.

I first began training 23 years ago with my Shetland Sheepdog at the age 8 and began competing at Open shows when I was 11. The
obedience bug stuck and I began competing with a Working Sheepdog, Tod, who took me to Crufts in the Junior Test of Obedience
finals on four occasions. At Crufts 1995 we were the overall winners of the Junior Test of Obedience and were also crowned the
"Top Junior Obedience dog and Handler of the Year in the country" for 1994. I also competed with another WS in the
Advanced Obedience at Crufts on 3 occasions never finishing any lower than 3rd in the finals, and in 1996 I had 3 dogs in
the various Obedience Competitions. Since my first appearance at Crufts in 1993, I have had at least one dog competing there
every year since in various canine disciplines; Obedience, Agility, Flyball and Heelwork to Music, and will again, in
2009 have my collie, Tekcyn, competing in the Intermediate Obedience and Flyball, and my Papillon, Caeyn in the Starters
Obedience.

I was a founding member of the first ever Junior Flyball team with which we qualified for the Senior Flyball finals at Crufts in
1996 when I had 2 dogs, Brynn and Tod in the team. Since then, I have had an involvement in the running of a Junior Flyball team,
the Fyzzin Wizzbits, which has qualified for the Junior Flyball finals at Crufts every year and have again for 2009. I have
now been training Flyball for 12 years.

I have trained at a number of YKC Mini camps and at their national camp on two occasions in Obedience and Flyball. I have also
Judged a number of Junior Obedience competitions at Crufts on two occasions and also officiated as a ring Steward at Crufts.

I first got involved in Agility 13 years ago thanks to Brynn my Working Sheepdog who didn't really take to Obedience, within his
first year he won out of elementary and Starters.

I currently train Agility, Obedience, Flyball and basic Heel Work to Music and have had plenty of experience training various
breeds of dogs. At present I compete regularly in Obedience and Agility with three of my dogs. My Collie, Tekcyn who is 4 has
recently won into Grade 6 at Agility, my Papillon Caeyn (2yrs) who only started competing in Agility in June with a beginner
handler has won right the way though to Grade 4 in just 4 months, my young Shetland Sheepdog Celtyr is still in training.

My summers and many weekends right through the winter are handed over to my dogs, most weekends, and even a number of weeks we are
off playing and having fun on the Agility circuit they love it, I love it, what could be better!
